Information we collect
When you make a viewing request, we collect your name, the verified phone number or email associated with your Q-estate account, your preferred contact method, and any optional viewing preference or message. We also keep the property requested, the request status, relevant timestamps, and the time you gave consent.
How we use it
We use this information to process a viewing or property request, contact you about it, manage its status, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and help keep the service secure.
Who can access it
Authorized Q-estate administrators can access viewing-request information. Relevant property partners or agents may receive the information needed to handle a request when necessary. Personal information is not placed in property or matching URLs.
Your choices and retention
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to legal and service-security needs. We retain viewing-request information while a request is active and for up to 12 months after it closes. We may retain it longer only to resolve a dispute, meet a legal obligation, or protect service security.
